Sanders Home Inspection is a local family owned and operated inspection company founded by Mason Sanders, a licensed Kentucky home inspector with hands on experience as a contractor and small business owner. Mason’s background in construction and building maintenance, including years running a successful pressure washing company and a Foreman for a custom home builder—gives him a practical understanding of how homes are built and how they age. He is a proud InterNACHI member and IAC2-certified inspector, providing trusted home, mold, water and air-quality inspections throughout Eastern and Central Kentucky.
